Here I wrote the art information on the back of the canvas with a soft pencil:
Here I had made labels and glued them to the back of this board with regular white glue. But never glue a label directly on canvas, it will shrink the canvas there and possibly cause wrinkling:
Transporting Your Art
You may come up with your own way, or one that suits your medium. Some members just put their painting in a plastic bag. The main thing is, you don't want it to get damaged during transport.
Below is my basic art transportation packaging. Cardboard covers the face of the paintings and then plastic wraps around the edges for protection. If you go with this approach you can get the plastic edge wrap at Office Depot, or U-Haul, and other places.
